      I have a 2023 hyundai venue, only 1 year old rusting on rear tailgate, engine light on with code p1326, trans not shifting and windshield leaking. I contacted Grand Falls Hyundai for warranty repair , which I have extended warranty and due to the new general ******* having a personal grudge on me they are refusing to work on my vehicle. I have been on foot now for 1 week and have contacted Hyundai Canada on several occasions and nothing is being done. I feel that my vehicle is a lemon cause I have always had problems with it since I purchased I 1 year ago. Trans failed at 40000 kms and now I am again having issues with the trans and getting engine bearing failure which Hyundai is aware of this with their engines. I feel very disrespected from Grand falls Hyundai and Hyundai Canada that nothing is being done and leaving me on foot for 1 week and not getting any answers. Very dissatisfied customer and I don't just one Hyundai I have 2 and they are refusing ******* due to a personal issue nothing to do with business

      *** ********* was a previous employee  here in the role of ******* *******. *** was removed from her position due to a serious breach of procedures and policies in October 2022. *** was also advised to stay off of the property at that time.
      Assuming the personnel changes at Grand Falls Hyundai were not aware of the conditions of her removal, *** returned for warranty repair on May 13 -2024 and while our current ******* ******* was outside taking required pictures of the paint issue, *** ********* offered employment to 2 of our employees at her current place of employment. This occurrence is documented on our CCTV system.
      After this information came to light, we proceeded to advise her that we will no longer repair her vehicle or ******* it and *** will need to visit another Hyundai dealer for warranty repair.

      Unfortunately, *** *********'s actions on the day of the visit has resulted in this decision at our place of business. 
      *** can however, get her warranty done within  70 kms of her place of residence and for her regular repairs, *** now works ** ********* * **** ****** and i am sure *** can get her maintence requirements taken care of there.

       I am rejecting this response because:they as a business should not deny warranty to a customer because *** spoke to a friend . Very poor ******* this would only influence them if they are scared to loose staff, everyone out there is doing it and I was outside with the advisor and talked to a friend outside of the premises during his noon hour, on the day i went for my rust repair not against the law.  That is fine if they don't want me there they could of as a good business say in other words we will pick up and drop off your vehicle if you need work done but nicely say it. Considering I have 2 hyundais but that is fine it will be noted and known

      We stand by our decision. The decision resulted from the actions of the customer while *** was on site, After being told to stay off the property when *** was dismissed in October 2022.

      This customer has a lot of animosity towards this establishment that has nothing to do with a warranty repair. I won't entertain this subject further.
