    Hello, I bought a gc1723e tractor from Grand Falls Equipment, I bought by telephone and when they heard for the price 39834.85 tax included. I told the seller that I was going to go and sign the documents, the seller told me no, I don't need it. delivery man will have you sign the documents upon delivery which was a week later, and when the delivery man delivered the tractor had 8.1 hrs on the clock, I told the delivery man what was happening, he told me to call the dealership, what I did and I did because the tractor had 8.1 hrs and the salesman laughed and said that it was normal, after discussing that we concluded to in**all a cylinder on the fall of the snowblower to compensate for the 8.1 hrs, but when I received the contract from **** ******* the price changed from 38834.85 to 45317.16 and discovered that these are 2022 and all the equipment that I bought is also 2022 and I can see that they have redone a contract without my signature and again ye**erday I spoke with another dealership who told me that he was going to cancel the contract and give me the 2 months of payment that I made on it I don't want but this person only hears what he wants to hear, now I call on you to help me get this out!!! !! I sleep more

    On the sales contract dated November 16, 2023, the sale price is indeed $39834.85 taxes included.
    For the financing contract dated and delivered on November 24, 2023, the price is indeed $39,834.85 taxes included.
    Added to this are the financing fees of $401.59 which were reimbursed by check to the cu**omer on February 1, 2024 since the seller had failed to include these fees on the sales contract.
    As the financing contract has an intere** rate of 3.43%, the total price including intere** at the end of the financing contract is $45,317.16.
    The intere** portion is never li**ed on a sales contract but appears on the financing contract.
    It is written on the financing contract that the ****** ******** tractor is from the year 2022.
    We **ill offered him to change the tractor for a 2023 but he refused and asked for a cylinder on the fall of the snowblower . We accepted this loss.
    In February, the cu**omer is dissatisfied.
    We then try to take back the tractor and reimburse the cu**omer for the purchase of it plus the payments given to the financing company but he refuses.
    We can exchange his tractor for a 2023 as well as the accessories (subject to a certain delay for accessories of up to 10 weeks) for the same price as a 2022. We try to reach the cu**omer by telephone but without success.
    A new tractor never has 0 hours on the clock since conformity te**s are carried out when leaving the factory and, for our part, we move the tractors in the yard, either after a **orm, or from one dealer to another. the other (we have 3 places of business) or either to do a pre-delivery inspection.
    Please let us know what the cu**omer wants.

    The contract was sent on Dec. 12, 2023 and not Nov. 24, 2023. The 401.59 is the fee he charged me for document fees and not the intere**. He put 5080.72 for borrowing fees which was never mentioned and we does not redo a contract without my signature, and on the phone. I tried to make arrangements but without hope, they have fun making me angry with these all, I want him to respect the contract that I signed at 39834.85 these all and for a 2023 tractor with the attachments that I selected, they cannot change the contracts, we will see what the judge will say about this whole affair

    We add that when a credit reque** is sent to **** ******* ****** ltd., a commitment number **arting with FA-xxxxxx is granted. Subsequently, when the financing contract is signed, the number FA-xxxxxx changes to a contract number 002-xxxxxxx-000. This is the procedure at **** ******* ****** ltd. There is only one contract in this case.
    We would like to know what Mr. **-****** wants to correct this conflict.
