    A 24' OnGround pool was purchased from Poolboy Inc, and paid in full on May 03, 2024. $28,750.00 was paid by cashiers cheque (Invoice #5868), and $15,373.83 was paid in cash April 29, 2024 (to save the tax - can prove through bank withdrawl), for a total of $44,123.83. On June 11, 2024 the contractor associated with Poolboy started the excavation work. By the end of the day on June 12, 2024, the landscaper/contractor hit our septic bed. When we purchased the property almost 2 years ago, we were told the septic bed was on the other side of the backyard. was done to it, and we are responsible for fixing it, along with the money that has been spent so far ($14,400) for the digging process, and now to put the backyard back to what we started with, once the septic area is fixed. Once we realized that we are unable to put the pool in that designated spot, the owner Chris of Poolboy was contacted. He will not refund the cost of the pool - only somewhat offered to put it on consignment AND maybe it might get sold this year, but possibly wouldn't see any money until next year and was told we would probably take a loss OR have the pool in another area of the property. We do not want to do that, as now we are afraid of possibly creating more damage by digging in another spot, along with now financially straining ourselves to fix the first problem. We do not have the pool in our possession, as it is still at Poolboy Inc, as it was supposed to be delivered and set up on June 18, 2024 after all the excavation work was completed. We would like a refund for the pool. I have attached a copy of the $28,750.00 PAID invoice, and can send further documentation for the $15,373.83 cash paid, as per my mobile banking app to show we withdrew it on April 29, 2024. I have also included pics of the damaged septic area.

    This is absolutely insane. The customer special order to pool over a month ago, brought in specifically for them. They had to pay for the pool in full before. It was ordered, knowing that there was no refunds they told us where to dig and the contractor where they told him to their septic system was there, they told the contractor the septic system was on the other side of the house they even show drawings. The customer has a pool that they can install anywhere else on their property if they would like a nonrefundable special order please feel free to give me a call at 1-506-261-6280 to discuss this. This is absolutely not We how we do business .
