  March8th 2023, ****** shows up with his truck. He did not spend anytime covering ducts to prevent the dust from going everywhere in the house. He had quoted 450$ but then gave me $50 discount for the dust everywhere. He did not provide me with an invoice, picked up my credit card from the table and proceeded to pay himself. I had to have my card canceled because I do not trust this guy. I finally got an erroneous invoice a few days later, but by then, the charge had gone on my card. Furthermore, It took me 2 days to clean the house. Then I realised every time the furnace came on, a new layer of dust would fly. I then looked in my furnace, there was 5" of dust in there. See attached pics. The table picture is to show the amount of dust left behind. Earing that much dust for days on end took a toll on my lungs. I coughed up black stuff for 4 days. He needs to be stopped.

  Unfortunately, this is a location that has not been maintained with appropriate maintenance for many year’s. This customer was also advised that we have a service guarantee and were willing to come back at their earliest convenience.

  Not only was I not advised of the service warranty, but because he paid himself using my credit card, I do not trust him in home. I have contacted another cleaning service, I expect to give Derren the bill once it is done properly. 

   

  I have sent you guys pictures the state he left my property. He obviously does not k own what he is doing and needs to stopped. My health and the health of my son have been affected by the inhaled dust.
