    If I could choose zero, I would.
    Forcing fees for a quote when I was never told there would be fees.
    I never would have agreed to a quote if I'd known it was $300.
    I di not agree and now they are threatening to send me to collections.
    As a consumer you have the right to shop around for quotes. By requiring a $300 fee, they are strong arming people into feeling committed to continue to work with them.
    A deposit for work agreed to is a different story, this was NOT that.
    I started a new business 3 weeks ago with only $1000. I would never agree to 30% of my budget for a QUOTE.

    Do not hire this company! Their fees are outrageous. You don’t know how much they are going to charge you until you receive an invoice in the mail. We were charged $over $400.00 for a technician to look at a heat pump. He was here for a total of 45 minutes and my husband had to provide parts and help him. They charged us four hours labour! Beware!
