    Charged me to install and balance my tires, my car had a massive shake in it after. So I took it to another mechanic shop and was told they were balanced wrong and one tire didn’t even have any weights on it. So not only I paid for the balance to Rocky rd I had to pay again to get them re-balanced correctly.

    Hello, we are so sorry, again, to see that you’re displeased with the service. As the tires were mounted on the rims and balanced properly on the date of your appointment. We aren’t sure what may have caused this issue or who or where they were installed onto your vehicle , we don’t know exactly what may have happened. We take this issue very seriously and have only just been made aware of this issue in the last 5 days. Since finding out we have addressed and done our best to rectify within a quick time frame we would have been happy to resolve this issue at no charge to you. As you know We have apologized for this and have even offered you a refund. Communication such as this is so important to any business and we only wish we would have been informed of this sooner so we could have done more for you. Wishing you all the best.
