    On April 28, 2023 I hired Fredericton Fence to install a fence around the perimeter of my yard. The installation date was 18 and 19 July. Three types of fencing were installed including black chain link, wildlife fencing and ornamental rod iron. At the time of installation no discrepancies were noted, however, afterwards I noticed that one section (approx 60 feet) of the graduated mesh wildlife fence was hung upside down (another section of the wildlife fencing further on was installed correctly). In addition to being unsightly, the upside down portion of the fence allows small animals through at ground level as well as objects such as the dog's ball, etc. On 5 Sep I first contacted the apparent owner of the company, ***** *******, by phone to bring his attention to the problem and asked for his crew to come by and flip the portion of the fence that was installed incorrectly over. He said he was busy at the time to call back in 3 weeks which I did. I have called approximately every two weeks since with no success. ***** is rude in tone and flippant in his remarks, when asked "will he be by this week?" he has twice responded, "well I don't know, I might die tomorrow". I have called on Sep 5, Oct 3, 6 and 24. I have fully paid for the fence with the deposit of $2,000 paid on 27 April and the remainder, $10,650 paid on 19 July. To resolve this matter I request Fredericton Fence personnel come within the next 2 weeks and fix the fence.
