    My problem is that this company has listed on their website that they will service my area I have used them in the past I liked their service I've rated them on Google as a five-star and this time I received an email stating that they're not doing my area anymore and that it is a new policy change it is still listed on their website as a service area and I find it offensive that they would say I'm not in their area because I'm 28 minutes from their building and their area goes 3 hours away from their building it's also stopping the other competitive companies in *** ********* which are all located in *********** and I'm definitely outside of their area because I'm 90 minutes to 2 hours north of them and I'm sure they won't add me in their area because they believe that ********* would have all of that business area covered at a price they can't contend with.

    In response to your request. I am very sorry you feel discriminated against. We no longer have access to our website to make the necessary changes. We are working towards making this update as soon as possible. The reason we are not servicing your area is not related to discrimination. It is a question of the cost to do business, rising fuel and maintenance costs as well as labor shortages. I wish you well, and encourage you to reach out to other local providers like ********* and ****.

    I understand your frustration. If you remember back to April, your first rental with us. My admin had made a mistake and neglected to quote you the required delivery charge which was in our policy at the time. She called in response to correct her mistake and you were very difficult with her then in responsive to her mistake. We are all humans and mistakes happen. I decided to proceed with the rental regardless of her mistake at my companies cost. We are a small locally owned company, and we cannot afford to deliver so far out of our service area given the cost of fuel to drive from ********** to *********** to dispose of your waste. With regards to the website, we have lost contact with its developer and he refuses to help us change the service area.  

    I am sorry we cannot come to a resolution. But this is my final answer.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    Now this is flat out bold faced lying. Noone ever contacted me. I'm not the kinda man that would do that anyway. I would have understood and allowed the price to change. You're incompetence regarding the website is not my fault. I have offered you peace from this issue without you needing to pay any money. I keep all records and have an autistic level of memory that I'm certain I can prove. I will be taking this to the **** ***** ** ***** ******* Good luck.
