    On July 10, 2024, the manager M*** ******** of Accord Renovations and Siding Inc was paid $7340 for doors and windows plus installation to be installed at my home. He said the work would get down in three weeks, I have been calling and texting M*** ******** - (calling ************ - August 9,12,19,20,21,28,29,30, Sept 3, 4,5,6,9,13,14,16,17,25,26,27, and Oct 1,21,22) and ************ July 24, 25, Aug 6,7,8,12,19,20,28,29,30, Sept 3,4,5,6,9,13,14,16,17,24,25,26,27, and Oct 1,21,22). Sometimes he answers or send a text message. July 24 he answered and said he would be bringing the materials by the 1st week of August, then he answered my call again early august to say he was leaving the hospital and will arrange to come and install my windows and doors, I did not get a hold of him again until late August when he said he was at the ******* hospital to do a cancer surgery. He said is workers will be back in 2 weeks and he would come and do my work. I offered to provide him with help and he said he would be OK. The next time I heard from him he sent a text stating he was at the police station because his truck was stolen. After that I called the police to see if I could get some help. The police called and he told them that the materials were at the hardware store. I went to get the materials from the store and that is when they realized that he did not pay for the items. On Sept 17 he sent a text that he is finishing up a job that he is paying for the occupants to stay in a motel because the home was not livable. I got another text on Oct 3 stating he is almost done a job he was doing and will be coming to do my windows and doors. To date I have not heard back from him. I have been asking him to give me the materials and not hearing back from him.
