      How will i start this, not to empress of my brand new camper that i buy i buy a 2021 camper brand new in 2021 it was a wildwood and the price was not cheap i have 14 year left to pay for my camper and the first day i receive my camper i had problems but after you sings paper at paterson they don’t want to help you anymore didn’t like there service at all you have to chasse them and I’m stil chassing them now and waiting for them to come fix my camper and never came the company made a mistake didn’t do there job good and water came all underneath my camper and they took a week to come see they come and rip the bottom my camper took all the isolation off also and left never came back to fix anything im still waiting today to see what gonna happend i call planty of time to see when they gonna come the lady said ah don’t worry it can stay like that nothing will brook, look im sorry but when you pay ila big price of money and pay for 15 year you want you camper to stay good. And is ben a wind now when we shower in the camper all the water leaks in my living room this camper is nothing but trash! And if they can do anything for me well i will have to go farther im not a mean person but at this point something have to be done. My next thing im waiting for a call from the forest river compagnie and explain them all this and see from there.

      ******* approached us with a few issues she had when she first purchased the unit, below are the work orders we had for her


      July 6/2021


      floor sagging which is the way the unit is designed no fault


      awning skipping , we replaced with a new awning motor


      linoleum has a few nail heads which we repaired


      awning leaking, we sealed and repaired


      leak under the sink, we repaired


      window glazing - we replaced with new one


      adjusted door & blind


      sealed skylight


      replace fitting in bathroom sink


      august 4, 2021


      awning letting go at the seam, ordered and replaced with new awning tube


      water leaking, added a coupler & check valve


      no hot water, element was burned and we replaced


      underbelly leaking, we taped the underbelly


      July 25/22


      underbelly, installed insulation and re-tapped


      hot water tank, we found no fault in the hot water tank


      bathroom fan not working, we replaced the bathroom fan


      oven, we replaced with a new knob that wasn't working


      screen door, installed new screen in outdoor door, re-installed door catch & adjusted the screen door


       


      That was the last we heard from the customer until she messaged our Facebook messenger page on Sunday evening (9:35pm), when the girls called her on Tuesday morning, she said she was on her way to see the manager and we are waiting to see her to discuss as we weren't aware of any additional issues she had with her unit. But we were in touch with the customer just waiting to speak with her in person as she informed us she was coming in.
