    Received product and was as described but did not fit well and was uncomfortable. I sent for a return. It was delayed due to winter weather. It was delivered to their office. It has been over a month since. No refund has been received. I've tried emailing them It bounces back and reached out on social media. My return process started on December 25 2024. Its February 19th 2025. At this point I don't have the money back or the product. I want either the money I spent or my order back.

    Returned two out of 3 items purchased within return period. Never got refund my refund. ******** support is not answering. Email does not work. Contact form on website is missing. Opened claim with my bank.

    They have either gone out of business or simply provide zero customer service.
    Ordered mid-December and paid expedited shipping. Contacted for order status etc but item never arrived for the holidays. Tried email / social / phone but couldn’t get responses on order status. It did arrive post holiday but did not fit and needed to be returned. They have an online RMA process where you ship your item back to a 3rd party warehouse/vendor on their behalf.
    Followed RMA, paid out of pocket to ship item, tracked that it was received but have never heard from Tuxy - many attempts for email, social, phone, website chat. Their website still now in Feb 2025 reflects holiday sale and that everything is out of stock. It seems like they are out of business and just leaving the site up. Zero way to reach a human. Credit card dispute opened to try and get the entitled refund. Stay away!

    I ordered my son one on Dec 9th. I asked him if he liked he said “no” so I sent an email canceling my order (following the directions that were online) within an hour of purchasing it. I have sent five emails and I still don’t have my money back. Absolutely appalling customer service.

    Received my tuxy suit and based on their sizing guide I went with an XL. I'm 6'3" 200lbs wear a 34 waist/34 inseam and from the way it fit their model it should fit me the same.. that's not the case. It fit me like a small/medium. The pants section was too short and too tight. The top section was too short and tight as well. It wasn't even long enough to cover the waist bad area to look like I was wearing a 2 piece set. The connecting section was clearly visible and the sleeves barely reached my wrists. Pant legs didn't reach my ankles. In their picture of the model it looked fairly baggy with extra length in the arms and legs and you couldn't see the waist band or draw string.

    I purchased a Tuxy for myself and for my partner for Christmas. After wearing mine for less then 3 weeks it developed a hole along the seam. I had worn it only a handful of time and washed it twice according to the instructions. When I contacted costumer service I was told I was beyond the 30 day warranty as it was purchased in November (you know, since I wanted it to be there for Christmas). Their solution was to offer me a $20 refund to go get it fixed locally. I do not find this an acceptable solution since the cost of a Tuxy is over $200. I have much cheaper clothes that have lasted decades. I even sized up because I like my clothing loose. There is no reason for there to be a tear other than a manufacturing defect.

    Hey ******* so sorry to hear you experienced an issue with your Tuxy! We do currently have a warranty period of 30 days for any items to be returned, but of course we do expect the product to hold up for an extended period of time so I agree it sounds like there may have been a manufacturing issue with the item you received.     I ordered on 12.10.23 with 7-10 day shipping. It’s 12.26 and they have not shipped yet. I’ve texted support 5 times. I believe this company is a ****.

    Hey Kristin, so sorry to hear there may have been a delay with your order over the holidays! I see that our support team was a little slower to respond over Christmas and Boxing Day as those are holidays. It looks like your order was placed on December 10th and then we shipped it out of our warehouse the next day on December 11th. It does look like USPS was late with delivering the shipment so we went ahead and refunded your shipping costs paid as an apology. I see that your order has now been delivered so we hope you are cozy and enjoying your Tuxy!

    I returned an item in December 2022 and never received my refund. I emailed in March and June 2023 with my FedEx proof that my return was delivered and never received a refund or response. Will not purchase again.

    n Thursday Dec 29, 2022 we sent a message to Tuxy corporate stating. Unfortunately, the Tuxy I purchased wasn't right for my husband. Please send me a pre-paid postage for me to mail the unused Tuxy back with all the tags attached and the reusable bag. Thank you. I put in a previous request but I haven't heard anything yet
    This is what follows and we still have not received a credit or a refund just a company that stole our money…..,

    Hello Jeff, we appreciate you voicing your concerns about your experience, and apologize that you feel the issue has not been handled correctly! It is our policy (as seen on our website) to inspect all items that are returned, and if any items are returned damaged (from stains, smells, excess hair or lint, holes, etc.,) we are to switch from a refund/exchange to a non-refundable credit. I have gone back and inspected the photo of the damage on your return, and while I do see a stain I would like to offer to switch your return back to a refund as a gesture of goodwill and to help try to turn this experience around for you. I hope you can appreciate our policy, and our willingness to waive it in this case.

    Tuxy is a crappy business. No way to contact anyone except to rely on email. And no emails were returned. The website states that you will be granted a full refund if items are returned in 30 days. Well, that's so far not the case, they want to give a gift card to be used again at their location to purchase additional items. These are great and all but they are not a one size fits all suit. I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from this company.

We do have multiple ways of customers being able to contact us such as social media messaging, email, website chat, and a voicemail line. We do process refunds on items returned to us, however our warehouse had classified your items as damaged goods after inspecting them, so following our policy procedure we had to switch your return outcome from a refund to a credit. That being said, I have now investigated this further and determined this was an error! We greatly apologize for this mixup and will be processing your return as a refund!
