    March 2024:Countertop ordered by Precision Countertops and they referred J***** H*** to place them in my kitchen. After placed , noticed that the countertop was to short near stove the same day. His father checked the job and said it would be redone and J****** would come back to check. J***** came back to my house, remeasured the piece and ordered another one. Later that week the seam leaked and I advised J****** 2 replacement pieces were ordered and received at Precision. Emails were exchanged and J***** indicated to myself and Precision that the time of year was very busy and that he would do the installation later. I have tried numerous times by telephone and emails to contact him with no response. Finally was told by Precision that he no longer did work for them. She thought J***** had changed the pieces already. Precision tried to contact Jeremy for me but he did not answer their email either.
