      I had put around $4,500 of furniture, at the Midlothian, Va location, on layaway. I made regular payments each month. When I moved I had the bedroom set delivered along with the mattress. They initially delivered my furniture to the wrong address. When it was delivered the chest to the set was missing the legs and the top drawer was broken and the additional night stand was missing. I called the store to report this and I was told they had the legs at the store and they would send someone out to fix the chest. If it could not be fixed they would replace it. I never heard any more from them. A few weeks later a co-worker went to the store only to discover the store was closed. I received no type of notice that the store was closed. I found out that my ticket had been transferred to the Colonial Heights, Va store. When I called, I spoke with Marcus, the assistant manager, who told me they had my remaining items. I went to the store the same day to pay my remaining balance and set up a delivery time. The manager informed me that most of my items had been discontinued and offered me a store credit. I asked him why would I want a store credit if they don’t have what I want? When another customer came in the store, I explained my experience with this company and he left out. This upset the manager, Troy, and he cursed me and told me he could not help me. I reported this incident to the corporate office and have yet to hear from them. A few days later I went to pick up the one item they did have on my ticket which was a floor model, no discount was offered. Not only was the manager rude but the two gentlemen who loaded the furniture on my truck were rude as well. I would never recommend this store to anyone. The customer service was horrible. The attitude of the staff was despicable and disrespectful. They don’t deserve any stars.
