      Please see attached all of the necessary documents which were exchanged pre and post-installation.
      As you will see, they were sent the last email on the weekend, and I have had zero replies, no phone calls, no emails. It is clear they do not want to deal with their poor business ethics.

      I had a quote completed by Greeenfoot in late November 2022. I requested an updated quote (for two single units versus a multi-head unit) and to have a whole home surge protector added to the quote. I had one installed by Greenfoot in a previous home. The person who did the quote (****) did not put it in the quoted but in an email said it would be $300. I chose to purchase two heat pumps from Greenfoot and scheduled an install date for January 27th - in my email I quoted the two heat pumos I would like and I asked again for the whole home surge protector to be added to the order. The office called the day before the install and I again reminded them. The day of, the showed up without it. The installers were great, tried to get it delivered that day but couldn't and told me they would follow up with the office to ensure it got out as soon as possible. I received a phone call from Greenfoot the next day asking about the service satisfaction before they sent out the bill. I reminded them again about the surge protector. They said it was on my invoice that was coming and it would be scheduled. I paid the invoice and sent an email reminding them again - no follow up for six weeks. Today, on March 14th, I called and asked why my surger install had not been booked. ******* looked into it and said she would get someone scheduled. She called again and said someone would be there this afternoon. During both calls I ensured it was a whole home model. I checked because the quote was below the $300 I was initially quoted. ******* said she would call if no one could come out. A half-hour past when someone was to arrive I received an email from **** saying I never paid for a surge protector and there was nothing on file about it. He said he would do it for a discount of $595. I sent him back my paid invoice that showed I paid (although it was less than $300 on the invoice) and that he had quoted $300. So now I've been called a liar and been offered the work for double the price.

      This is an oversight on our sales team and our Quality Assurance manager will be reaching out shortly to make things right. She will get a whole home surge protector at no additional cost.

      In mid Nov our heat pump wasn't giving any heat. I called, they sent someone on the first of Dec. We were told , it would be fixed in a week. 3 different guys, 5 visits from them. Still No heat. This is now mid Feb. Still No heat. Not impressed. ******* & **** Cooling
