  Brutal response time. No company should operate this way. I'd recommend anyone avoid working with EnerCheck. It would be faster to start your own company, take the required courses, and perform your own home energy assessment. Do yourself a favor and contact someone else, unless you enjoy countless calls going to voicemail, and no response by email.

  In 2022 I had a good experience with Enercheck. In 2023 I have had great difficulties getting to speak with anyone or getting replies to emails or voice mail messages. The call answering setup leads you to think you are in a queue but drops the call after a few minutes with no warning or explanation. Employees should put their phone number on their e-mails instead of the general Q phone number. This would save their customers significant time and frustration and would help employees communicate more effectively with the customer.

  Not a well run company. Like pulling teeth to get them to reply in any form. Incompetent of late, failed to complete the final inspection, must come back and cannot save their lives to do this in an organized fashion. Why the government contracts with such companies is beyond me.

  Fantastic company. Couldn't have gone thru ******* Homes process easily without them! After calling the government on numerous occasions with questions and not getting any answers Enerchek was one with the answers and relieved my stress. I thank all that I spoke to at Enercheck for their friendly , knowledgeable and reliable staff that helped me on my journey through the ******* Homes Grant and Loan process.

  As like everyone else we are also waiting on our energy report. Was told it would be two weeks the day of the appointment and now it has been 7. According to the lady on the phone the report has been completed for weeks but is waiting on the managers to approve it. They take days to call you back. Do not book your energy assessment with them, clearly they are taking on more then they can handle.

  We were told we would see an energy assessment report within 4 to 6 weeks. We proceeded with getting quotes for anticipated work and cancelled our oil delivery arrangement based on an anticipated schedule. Our quotes have expired and we have had to make alternate oil delivery arrangements. We are in week 10 with little reassurance that we will see a report soon. I know everyone is understaffed, but some direct communication would be appreciated.
