    On 28 of April 2024 I bought. a round marble dinning table at Ashley Moncton.
    We picked it up and when we arrived the marble was broken inside the wrapping. I continued t h e customer
    service to replace it, The customer serive reached me when
    the replacement table i s available to pick up from Mondon.
    On August 15,2024 I send people t o pick it u p and when they opened it in my home i t was the surprise; "A table
    which been a collecting o f returns pieces from different tables
    where t h e top i s different colour from the one I chooses
    and full of scratches from behind with a big slope in the
    middle, the base which is suppose to be pieces to fit as a puzzle but the pieces have different sizes which make
    unable to make a right base (uneven base .
    so, Icontacted the customer service asking them to pick
    up the table and to refund me the money but they
    Said we can't pick it up if you want we can return it. Or you can keep it with 100$ o r you can bring the table
    The delivery costs me each time3 hours x2 = 6 hours
    plus the two people to carry i t as it's so heavy and i t needs two
    men to carry it I felt disappointed because t h e charges for the
    delivery costs me more than the price of the table and yet I don’t have a table
    350x 2 = 700$ and if I will return i t 350$ more.
    So, now I will pay 1050$ and I have no table.I also bought chairs from other store t o match the table even the cocktail and coffee tables I matched them with the same colour.
    after a peried of time Zucer are unable
    to activate the warranty which is 389.99 + tax has no value.
    The customer service didn't respond to me any more.
    I preferred i f I bought from Costco .

    They gave me a return table so it was damaged and not the same colour as I saw in the store and not like the one I bought it first which was broken.

    I paid twice for the delivery for nothing and for the people who carried it and also thousand dollar and I have a damaged table
