    I purchased their yeasty beast kit. I used it but I saw no change so I
    contacted them by chat because they guarantee a refund. I
    was not happy with the resolution of this discussion. I was told
    that I needed to buy more product. It felt like I was being given a runaround so that they did not have to honor their satisfaction guarantee. Why should I have to buy more product when the product that they had already sent me did not work. They offer 100% satisfaction
    guarantee on their products on their website but then they did not honor it. At that
    point, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and now I am
    being told that they are disputing my dispute. They should not
    offer 100% guarantee money back on product if they are not going
    to honor it.

    Thank you for contacting us in regards to the complaint filed by ***** ******. We did offer to extend our 30 day refund for her if she was willing to give the Yeasty Beast Protocol product a little more time than 2 weeks to see effects.

    Our products are tools we supply the body so it can bring itself back to balance, heal and return to homeostasis and depending on that individual and unique body, it can take varying degrees of time for that to occur.

    We were not given the opportunity to refund her purchase as promised. ***** did not contact us after she agreed to give it a little more time, she chose to file a chargeback with her bank instead.
