I placed an order with Lifestyle Kitchens through the owner/operator S***** ******** on March 27, 2024.
I was told by M*** ******** (****************** that the cabinets are typically delivered within 4 weeks.
S***** has been ghosting me since she received my money and hasn't been responding to my emails and messages. She left the Marketplace conversation with me on July 11 and still hasn't been responding to the emails I sent.
On July 17 I received an email from info@lifestylekitchens that some cabinets are on backorder and my order is expected to be fulfilled in second half of August.
I tried to reach the company but never got response.
Stopped by their showroom but doors were always closed.
I still haven't received my cabinets or money.Initial Complaint

I signed a contract with this business and paid in full on September 24/2024 and was told I would receive my cupboards in 3-4 weeks . It has now been seven weeks and I can not get any response by phone or email. They were very quick to get back to me all along in the process of designing the cupboards but as soon as they took my money they will now not respond.Initial Complaint

On March 25th 2024 I attended the business which is located at 95 Millennium BLVD, suite 202 Moncton NB to pay, in full, for an order that had been discussed on different times before that date. On a previous date, during a consultation and planning meeting at that office, we were told by the manager (******) that an order would take between 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. She advised that 3 weeks was the norm. When I had advised her that I had planned on taking a 2 week vacation from May 13th-24th, to complete the kitchen renovation she assured me that I should have the cabinets by that date. I had reached out to the office with no replies before that date to find out a delivery date. On May 17th, I was contacted by a business employee who said that the cabinets would be delivered the following tuesday. On tuesday (May21st) I was contacted again to appologize but they did not have my order to deliver. When we had asked when they would be delivered we were told that they should be sent the week of the 27th of May. We have continued to follow up with he business to secure a delivery time throughout the month of June, without any real reply. Judging by some recent google reviews of the business, we are not the only people suffering what i am beginning to think is a fraud. Our family has been without a kitchen for nearly 4 months, which is becoming increasingly difficult. I am unable to invite company into my home for the summer holiday, as the house has been in disarray for nearly 4 months. I would cancel the order, however the business will take a 20% restocking fee, and I do not want to pay a fee to a business who has violated their word on expected delivery. It seems like this may happen in other cases as I often have seen full kitchens for sale on ** *********** from the manager. As this company doesn't hold stock, I assume that these are cancelled orders.Initial Complaint

On April 19th we ordered cupboards we waited and contacted many times for receipt and for eta on arrival...was told arrival on April 30th would be 4 to 6 weeks....well 6 weeks was June 10th and still no cupboards...we have reached out to supplier and told at end of day we will get eta...and that email never comes...now we are told back ordered middle of July.. might.need to reconfigure layout to get cupboards faster... timeliness for contractor were based on timeliness provided by seller...never responds to phone calls..text messages..website messages or at place of business...Initial Complaint

I ordered cabinets for 2 kitchens on December 14, 2023. When I ordered the cabinets, I paid in full upfront and was given a delivery time of Jan 8 or 15, 2024.
Order was not delivered.
On March 5 I contacted the supplier via telephone and email, but got no response from either.
On March 12 I followed up via telephone and email.
On March 13 I received an email from the supplier indicating the order would ship by March 22 and I would be provided a tracking number.
I did not receive a tracking number and contacted the supplier via email and telephone on April 3.
On April 4 the supplier emailed back indicating there was a supply issue with one of the cabinet sizes and offered an alternate size, or I would have to wait until the ordered size arrives.
