    the date was April 7th. i went for a free consultation, i wanted the treatments ans was told i needed to secure the account with a credit card. we chatted how i only wanted enough treatments that my insurance covers which is $750.00. we also talked about me getting another consult on another service later in April. What i agreed to was a card on file and to move forward with booking appointments for laser acupuncture. i was told i would have a meal plan and my appointments emailed to me later that day. I received nothing, I reached out to the company and nothing until Friday (late PM), didn't actually see it till Saturday April 12, it was them looking to book an appointment. in the meantime (April 12th) i realised my credit card was charged $3125.50. i gave no authorisation to be charged anything, i received no receipt. when i asked for a refund i was told no as they explained the refund policy to me..they did not, they told me i signed it...i did not. I asked for anything i signed to be sent to me and they wont, i have no documentation other then my credit card that i was billed. I talked to the owner Natalie and she was just rude, she is not stopping me from getting the treatments, but then told me i threatened her as i simply said i am not going to stop until i get my money back. i did not agree to the terms and wont be forced to get treatments. Both the owner and the staff will not reply to me. i dont even know where their office is as it list 2 places online. this was a satellite site i did the consult at and never would have agreed to pay $3100+ for any treatment. The $750 even though i didnt agree to be charges was not a big deal as i had planned on getting those treatments. at this point i paid for services i didnt get and cant get even if i wanted to as they are ghosting me, as because of how they are acting i asked for all communication to be done in email or text...no response. this is simply unethical and not fair
