    I recently hired Bargain Movers to assist with moving from an apartment to a house that had recently had the hardwood floors completely refinished.

    Bargain Movers was only hired to move large items and the price paid was ~$350.

    The movers neglected to take proper care when moving some of the heavier items and ended up putting deep dents and scratches on the surface of the new flooring.

    I've sent multiple emails to request guidance on how to file a claim with Bargain Movers to recoup some of the funds I'll need to spend to repair. I've also called a number of times but was not able to get through to anyone. I stopped by the business's primary location in person and nobody answered the door or calls while I waited.

    It has been exceedingly difficult to get ahold of them to discuss the process of filing a claim but would appreciate any assistance in coordinating for either a refund or a claim once I know the cost of the repairs.

    Hello, 

    We have reached out to the client on Thursday and it was not a good time to chat for them, we called today offering solutions that go within our waiver policy that they signed before hiring us and he has decided to wait next week to respond on his decision.
