On
October 4, 2018 BBB received an inquiry from a consumer who had been trying to
reach the business.
The
consumer stated that when calling the number on the website - the line
immediately goes to music that plays non-stop with no voice indicating that a message
can left, etc.
BBB
verified this by attempting to call the same number. There was an occasion when
the phone was answered, however the person, who verified that we had reached
the business (as opposed to a call centre) was unable to verify the business
address and advised that BBB would have to discuss the address with the manager
who was unavailable and was to return our call. As of Jan 18, 2019, no call has
been received.
Further,
upon checking the address on business website, BBB discovered that the business
is using an invalid address in Halifax; 126 Chain of Lakes Trail Halifax B3S
1A2 - this is not a real address.
Our
earlier files indicate a previous address; 1530 -64590 Young Street, Halifax
B3L 2A3 from which we received undeliverable mail.
Consumers advised that they have been verbally advised by someone at the business that the
company is headquartered in Thornhill Ontario. No
address has been found.
