if I could give this dealership a ZERO star review, I would. Back in November, I was BEGGED by salesmen to consider trading my car in for a brand new car. I declined their offer maybe 5 or 6 times before I eventually caved in and decided to do it.
I signed a deal to order a new 2023 **** Preffered which would be coming in march, I had concerns about the numbers being different once it arrived, but both the salesman and the sales manager ASSURED me in writing that the numbers will not change as they're locked in as long as the car delivered within 6 month. They assured me that my trade in value only changes if I get into an accident, or if the mileage increases dramatically. They promised me that the interest rate would be locked in, and the cost of the new car would also be locked in.
Now cut to today, the **** hasn't even delivered yet, its still in the factory. I'm being told that a)the interest rate is now DOUBLE, the cost of the ordered car has increased and now my trade in value is now almost 10,000$ less than it was back in November. WHAT? What's the point of working out a deal on ordering a car if nothing is honored and everything has dramatically changed? I've been told that the sales manager and the salesman I was originally dealing with, who made me these promises are no longer with Rallye Hyundai but I hear that all of the time.
BE CAREFUL dealing with Rallye Hyundai, they are not afraid to blatantly lie to you to get you to sign papers, they do not care about their customers and when you confront them about their lies, they will laugh in your face and dare you to go elsewhere.
Just save yourself the time and energy, go across the border to ******* Hyundai and get a better deal with no hassle.
