    Buyer beware, especially if you plan to sign a 10-year warranty contract with this guy… I signed a contract with him in September 2022 for a ‘Tarring’ job (gluing loose tiles) which he did. In December of that year some tiles were missing due to a wind storm and when I called him, he came out and fixed it the very next day. Fast forward to December 2023 when we had a big wind storm that tore off a few more tiles, I tried to contact him for the repairs but I got no reply whatsoever. I have left over a dozen phone messages and sent many emails over a period of 2 weeks; I never got a reply. A few weeks after that I had the job done by someone else.
    The only reason I hired this guy in the first place is that he left his business card in my mailbox and I thought it was convenient to give him a try; never thought he would have skipped on the warranty contract.

    Ne very careful with this company
    Owners name is **** ****** He asked for a deposit prior to starting the job
    Job quote will not be respected even though he is the one that did the quote
    When you try to reach him to get reimbursed GOOD LUCK
    He has one liners, I will repay or I am not a thief but it’s all talk
    He doesn’t pay
    In order to get reimbursed, I am proceeding with a court application and will be requesting more than the deposit
    If you don’t want the extra stress stay away from **** and his company

    Was may be a good company years ago.
    Now he work with a guy named ****** or so, he charge for a repair for 30 minutes $600 he demand it in cash the minute he get down from the roof he was close to get physical after i told him i need to send the money by email and don't have the cash right now in my pocket and i want an invoice (what i don't got till today).
    one week later it was leaking again but the 10 years warranty are only in his mouth, had to hire a professional to do the job right.
