    Operator sends rude email explaining that effective immediately they are no longer plowing any properties due to "unreasonable expectations". Plow is often not there more than 8 hours after snowfall. Left to scramble for new Plow service midwinter 2 days before a storm. Was advised by email and phone that second half of winter would be refunded by cheque. Was told cheque is in the mail. None of the 59 clients recieved this cheque. I am owed for the second half of winter and out the cost of the new Plow.

    We hired this snow removal company in the fall and paid them in full for the entire winter season. They provided mediocre service for the first few storms, until finally we received a notice on Jan 26 stating that they were discontinuing the snot removal service effective immediately. The notice also stated "For those that have paid 727197 New Brunswick Ltd in Full, reimbursements for the months of Feb and March will be processed between Feb. 8th - Feb. 10th, 2023. Reimbursement will be completed via Cheque format and mailed to the property address."
    It is now February 24th, and we have received no such reimbursement. I reached out earlier this week, on February 21 asking for an update, to which they replied we "should have them this week".
    The full amount paid was $460, and therefore we are expecting $230 returned to us.
    We just want our money back. Our neighborhood Facebook group indicates that no one has received their hard earned money back - and additionally, we had to then turn around and pay another company to finish off the season's snow removal services for us.
    Very frustrated.

    The attached Invoice was paid on December 15th in full via etransfer. The attached Form is a blank copy of the form that we filled out and dropped off at the mailbox of 39 Glengrove Rd, and finally the Notice is a document that seemed to have been sent to all customers. Note that we did not receive the invoice on "several occasions", and we did indeed drop off the paperwork to the address provided on or before December 14th 2022.

    We hired this company for snow removal services. They have only provided services twice since being paid and did not clear full driveway. They have not been back to clear snow for last 3 storms and are now ignoring our emails and calls.

    This company sent cancelation notices to 1/2 their patrons promising refunds. We have not received notice, services or refund.

    We are now in a position where we need to locate a new company to remove our snow and will be incurring additional expenses. We paid $400 to 727197 New Brunswick Ltd. And now have to pay $350 to another company to ensure we have snow removal services.

    We want our money back from 727197 New Brunswick Ltd.
