*On February 4th, i purchased a guv lafleur sign from an add on marketplace from this vender. I had dealt with ******* ******* who made this post. 200$ was agree upon with shipping.
•On Feb 7th I asked for an update for tracking and he said it was being packaged.
*On the 14th, i made an attempt at getting an updated and on the 17th he replied he doesnt have the money to ship it. Now I paid him for the item and the shipping. It doesn't cost the full 200$ to ship. 5O$ was the cost we had settled for regarding shipping. This was included in the 200$ full amount that I had e transferred. The item we put a price at of 150$. The transfer was made to this email:
    [email protected]
-On fed 21st i had asked for another update. There was no reply to my message.
On Feb 22nd I advised him I was gonna start taking action to report this incident and advised him what he is doing isn't right.
-On Feb 25th he replied that he had no money and was asking me to purchase another item from him so that he could use the money to ship my item not including the new item he wants me to purchase... Of course I refused to send him anymore money and advised him that he should have used the money I sent him to ship. If there was a huge difference in the cost of shipping to let me know afterwards and we would work out the difference. At the end of the conversation he advise that he was gonna try and ship that same day or it not Monday feb 27th.
-by Feb 28th, I had received nothing from him
    (Reporting timeline:)
On Feb 23rd I had decided to file a report with the Moncton local police force, the Codiac RCMP. File number **** was generated. On Feb 26th I received a call from Cst. *** who advised me that I had file a local police report first. Which has now been done.
Kindly See the attached photos proving my case.
My goal is just to have him ship my item as it was sold without damage or return my money. This is not a way to do business!!!
