    Duffy water treatment were doing a water campaign which they were testing water in our area completely free of charge. We thought to get our water tested since we started noticing some staining on our white clothes and our toilets. They came in did the testing they were up front about everything and punctual. After testing they told us what the issue was and that they have a solution for it. We were very happy to hear that we can finally wash our whites and not worry about any staining. The process was very easy and comforting because they prioritized our needs. We’ve had our system for roughly 4 months now and we don’t have to worry about the issues we had before. The systems did everything they promised and more. I would 100% recommend them to any one who is facing issues with their water. They will fix the problem and the service and staff have been nothing short of amazing.

    Duffy Water Treatment took over another company that moved out of the area. They called said who they are and booked appointment. Under no obligation to buy anything they'll test your water and you decide from there. When the old company left they didn't tell the new company what I all had, like my water softener. Had it for 6 years no one ever looked at it. Service Tech was friendly and explained what he was doing all the way.
    At this point I'm happy with there service. If something bad happens to my system I'll be the first one to revise this posting.

    Duffy Water called us to inform us that they had bought our water treatment company and that we were due for a service. The other company did not inform us. So the service was booked and all was good with the service call. The technician even mentioned that the other company had not serviced 1 area of the system and that it was very important to get it done. We agreed and my husband was surprised at the amount of debris in the service area of the system. It should have been done yearly…so glad the technician told us about it. I would recommend DUFFY WATER to anyone!
