    My husband and I had our **** built by AEMcKay builders in 2022. From the day we moved it, there have been many issues. Our sinks in both bathrooms leaked, our toilets we not installed properly. We have contacted AEMcKay builders and they did nothing to correct this. We have had to pay plumbers and an electrician to do what should have been done to start with. We have water getting in around our basement window and my husband has 19 emails from contacting the builder to fix this issue, and if we get a reply we are told that someone will stop by, however no one shows. The first email regarding the water around the window was in June 2023. We contacted the ******** **** ********* recently, and was told that the issue we are having with the water around the window is no longer cover since Aug 2023, even though we raised the issue with the builder before Aug 2023. We have provided a list of issues to AE McKay with no resolve. We are looking to have our house issued resolved. We have spent a lot of money on this home, and we feel he has no intention of fixing these issues as we have given him ample opportunity.
