    On website cost of room was 125.14 per night for 2 nights. Recieved confirmation email in minutes and total wS $400.91! Was charged $150.60 tax. ( 60%). Not only that but cancellation charge would be $287.83. Outragious. Called and complained and "best" they would do was $60 refund. Still 35.96%. Still outragious but I was trapped by the cancellation charge so I did not cancel.

    you did an Advanced Purchase ******* through ******* if other fees are involved please reach out to them as 

    the amount charged was for 2 nights 125.10 +Taxes total $287.74 from the Hotel only. nothing was in addition to from our end.

    I stayed one night at this hotel with my dog and they charged me an extra 25 dollars pet charge. The price per night is 25 and they charged my credit card 50 dollars. A few days later, I look at my **** card and they billed me 300 dollars smoking fee. I don't smoke and they provide no evidence to the fact. I should be reimbursed 325 dollars plus HST. Hotels should not be stealing money from customers
