    Absolutely unprofessional and unqualified. Had mini splits installed and every year we have to call for multiple repairs. Every single time we call, we get Kevin - who is an ignorant pig - telling us how busy busy busy they are. No matter what time of year we have to call, he tells they’ll try to get to us but makes it very clear they don’t give a damn. I’m telling anybody thinking of dealing with these people, after they got the initial huge chunk of money out of you, they will ignore your calls and dismiss your problems. Get ready to make weekly calls, chasing after them, so they can send someone out to your home - who is NOT qualified or licensed - a month later. And because they aren’t qualified technicians, they will indeed tell you that they can’t find anything wrong, they’ll tell you something is wrong that isn’t, or in one case, will actually admit they don’t know what’s wrong - send a video to the office. Absolutely incompetent with zero technical skills and even less customer service skills.
