    I dropped off my ******* Santa Fe 2023 for repairs following my insurance claim on March 18. The car was returned to me on March 21st.
    I discovered the LCD screen in my car was constantly flickering. I was literally surprised since I had dropped of my vehicle in a perfect condition and it only needed it's front bumper repaired. However, the guy who sent the estimation to my insurance company came to me and said that the battery was having issues and they had to park my car inside their garage over night and telling me it might be a battery issue.
    But as much as i know about my car, it's new and no issues at all. I'm literally frustrated with the fact that they are not accepting their mistake instead, they ran a diagnostic report on the vehicle and gave me a report and said only dealership could fix it and would cost me.
    It has been the worst experience so far. Also, they repair was incomplete. They missed the scratches under the front bumper and said that they would take a picture and send it to my insurance company. i literally felt that the guy didn't know what he was doing.
    Such negligence by fix auto saint john east, is going to cost me much more that i thought. Really unprofessional and incompetent.

    As with every insurance claim that we complete, when your vehicle arrived at our location it is taken to our wash bay to have the outside of the vehicle cleaned before our Collision Techs complete any repair work.  The vehicle is then pre-scanned for any issues.  The pre-scan showed that there were issues with your radio.  

    As per the approved estimate from your insurance company, the repair that we completed on your vehicle was a repair to the front bumper, not a replacement.  After the repair is completed, the vehicle is post-scanned.  The same radio issues were on the scan.

    When you returned to state you had issues with your vehicle and one of our staff went around the vehicle, it was scanned again and the same radio issues were on the report.  You have been rebooked for Apr 9th to address the light scratches on the underside of the bumper.

    As our staff had indicated to you, we need to confirm with your insurance company about a mechanical check for your vehicle, as we can not send without an approval by your insurance. As per your insurance adjuster, you can have a mechanical check completed and if the radio issues are due to the accident, the mechanical check would be covered.
