    NOT this CIBC in particular, CIBC in general has made it impossible to go “ on-line” and examine the value of one’s individual holdings in RRSPs and/or TFSAs. The “Total” of one’s holdings is available; however, not the various holdings within one’s RRSP/TFSA. This has been an issue since August, 2024. Numerous telephone calls, on-line complaints have shown NO improvement, and, no clear answer as to “Why” customers can no longer examine the growth and/or losses of the contents of one’s RRSPs/TFSAs. Perhaps if more CIBC customers would complain to one’s individual branch, they may get this service back to what was expected when customers purchased their mutual fund, bonds, etc. holdings.
