      Hi ** ***** inspected our property. he turned off the Breaker for our Freezer and forgot to turn it back on again. Our contents all thawed and we lost approx $350 worth of food. He offered $200 off our next inspection with him and a SMILEY FACE! We would like a refund of what we paid him for the inspection ($400). He claims it was a Lightning strike that caused the Freezer to turn off but Weather reports for that day show no clouds, no rain, no lightning and no thunder so his claim is absurd.

      So sorry to hear about your loss...... As I don't recall doing what I've been accused of & no proof has been provided to me to the contrary. I cannot offer any restitution to you concerning this matter, at this time, my deepest apologies for your loss.

      My original offer to you to settle.this matter without admitting guilt... unfortunately is now, no longer on the table.

      I would still like to offer you 20% off your next home repair or renovation.... I hope this helps you....it can be a rather large number... 20% of a $5,000 project for instance is $1,000.  :) exp.Oct1/2024.

       I am rejecting this response because: ** *** ** *** was here at the Home when the Inspector made the error. I do not want his offer as we do not own the Home and therefore we would not be making any repairs or reno's here. We want to get this matter settled and if ** ***** is not prepared to make a financial offer to reimburse us for our loss we will have to take the issue to court.

We will see you in court with witnesses, supporting documents *** ** **** **** *** *** ****. So sorry you could not have been a ********** *** and admitted your error and resolved this matter at a minimal cost to yourself. *** **** *** ***!
