    Kent consumer drive Saint John NB
    Paid _$3700+ in July for sidelight...door..frame unit and installation...... Installed on 11 Oct 2022.
    Phoned Kent's early next morning with many concerns...door had light showing entire length (which allowed cold air into my home) gap as wide as 2 inches in parts.....top door not lined up ...bolt missing from hinge... screw coming out ..door squeaked like haunted house....not locking correctly.. wooden jamb not flat against walk which installer pointed out before he left ...etc...
    Everytime someone looked at it saw more problems....wood jamb long cracks in it and bottom hinge coming away from jamb.
    Kent's dragged it out for 6 weeks although sent pictures of problems..called 3 managers..etc. nothing was done....
    Then, supposedly someone kicked my new door putting 2 small dents in it so Kents used this to break the warranty and refused to even put weather stripping on.....they never installed the mailslot I paid as part of original order...they did NOTHING. In Dec..I learnt that installer also did not fill the space outside under the door sill which means water can build up and rot my house.
    Kent's is not reliable...not honest...and to date nothing has been done and I'm out $3700 ..there are more flaws but too many to add here.
    I will never use Kent's again.
