    I am not liable for this debt with ****** **** I do not have a contract with Eastern Credit Management Services, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    Good afternoon, 

    The complaint made are by M** **** is false.  We are the authorized for the creditor mentioned, and M** **** can confirm that with the creditor if she feels necessary. 

    Also, we have never received any contact from M** **** asking for details of the account.  Our notes indicate we have not been able to make contact with M** **** as mail was returned and her phone number was disconnected.  We encourage M** **** to contact us directly and we can speak further.  She can reach our Team Lead at 1************** *** ****  Perhaps she is confused this with something else.

    This company continues to contact me even though they have been advised they have the wrong number.
    They have contacted me three times asking for an ********* ********. I am not this person.
    Their most recent contact was a text message sent at 4:56AM on April 04, 2024. This is well outside of the legal contact hours, which in Nova Scotia are 8AM to 9PM.
    I was unable to locate any Nova Scotia joint stocks registration for this company. They are based in New Brunswick but appear to be operating in Nova Scotia.

    I am writing is response to complaint ID: 21557211. 

    Our office hours are 8:30am - 5pm Atlantic time, Monday to Friday.  We did not contact this number at the time this individual states. Also, once we were informed that it was a wrong number, we immediately removed the number and confirmed that we did so.  This individual then continued to contact our office.

    This company is lying about the time they contacted me.The text message was clearly received at 4:56am.

    Whether their office was open or not is irrelevant if they are using automated texting software.

    They are also lying about their contact policy. I clearly stated this was a wrong number on their initial contact and was advised no further contact would occur. They contacted me via text two more times, which I can prove, including their text outside legal contact times at 4:56am. They are lying.
