    I purchased flooring from the company on March 28, 2023 I paid $1367.80. When pic*ing out flooring we as*ed if it would withstand a power wheelchair on it as it stated it had a lifetime residential warranty. We were told it would. After installing, it didn't ta*e long to start brea*ing and snapping and buc*ling and coming apart over a very short time. I started a complaint in June. Many attempts were made by me to get to the bottom of this and I felt li*e I had been given the runaround. I *ept notes and dates and had my daughter write up a letter on my behalf with various concerns regarding my experience. I can forward these to you if you wish but the owner has already received an e-mail copy. After I was denied compensation of any *ind from the company that ma*es the flooring I decided to pursue it further and sent this letter and notes of my endeavor to the owner after as*ing for his email and to date I have not heard a word from this even though I said I would be pursuing the BBB and/or my lawyer. I might add the rep from the flooring company stated in my home that this flooring will not stand up to a rolling office chair with out a pad underneath and I must add that my wheelchair with me in it weighs around 500 pounds.     In response to the complaint
    above we would li*e to first apologize to Ms. ******** for her experience with this
    purchase.  It is apparent that due
    diligence was not followed in researching the use of this product by the
    customer.  It is not our intent to do
    business in this way and will endeavour to improve this situation moving
    forward.

    As a gesture of good faith, we
    would li*e to offer a full refund to Ms. ********.  Please let us *now how she would li*e to
    receive the refund.

    I am responding to a message sent to me on January 23, 2024 from the Better Business Bureau in regards to the above claim. The message relayed that the business is willing to offer me a refund. I am very pleased to hear this and will accept a refund. The reason I did not respond in seven days as I again found it by mista*e in my jun* mail so am responding the very day that I discovered it, hoping I can still receive a refund.
