    On Nov 12, 2023 I paid McCoy Property Maintenance Inc $48,625.02 to rebuild my garage that I lost in a fire in July 2023.

    The work was started January 2024, and the garage is still not completed 9months later.

    I have reached out to M** ***** numerous times to only have him not reply or if he does reply he tells me he is coming, but he does not show. He was involved in an accident at the end of July early Aug and has been in and out of the hospital. I understand this, however this accident should not effect the garages progress, as it should have been completed by that time and if he can ride on a dirt buggy, he can be here building my garage. there is no excuse for this.

    There are still numerous things that still need completing and or redone as it is terrible work. The weather is getting colder and I need this completed.

    I have given him 2 deadlines, one was before the accident (Aug31) so I extended it to Sep 20, 2024. on Sept 9th. 2024, M** ***** agreed to have it done by Sept 20 but he did not show, he has not reached out to me nor has he answered my messages since Sept 9.

    I have recently learned that M** ***** is being **** by 9 other business/people under his previous companies. I have reached out to my ****** to inform him of the situation.

    Please have M**** finish this job by Oct 4th, 2024

    He has not give me the warranty in writing yet, he verbally started it would be 5 years. It's almost at year 1 and I can't even use it.
