    I own a rental property in ***** ****, but live in F**********. I needed to get two separate bedroom windows changed in apartment *** ***** ******* as they were not egress. These were both the front and side bedroom windows. In March of 2024 I request for Metcalf Glass Ltd. to come measure the two windows. I was not going to be at the measurement as I live in F********** and I was working. I had explained over the phone to K**** ******* *the receptionist) specifically the two windows I wanted measured and quoted and asked her to make sure she pasted this message along in their work order. I did not order the windows right away as I ended up in the hospital and was recovering from a major surgery. In May I reached out to Metcalf Glass Ltd. to schedule another measurement as I requested to be at this one. I specifically drove down from F********** to meet with the city's inspector to review which windows needed changed and than had someone come from Metcalf Glass to remeasure these windows while I was there to make sure they measured the right windows. I received the quotation and the agreement, which in July I signed and paid a 50% deposit ($2210.00). Documentation is included below. The windows took a few months to arrive and were installed in September. Before I paid the final balance I went to view them in October. I then realized that they had in fact changed two of the wrong windows that I had never once mentioned nor requested for them to be changed. The windows they changed were the living room window and a window in the front bedroom but the wrong one. I had requested for the small bedroom window to be changed, but they changed the large bedroom window. I reached out to Metcalf Glass Ltd. via phone and spoke to them many time between October and January. I had spoken to the owner who are offered me the window for the second bedroom free. However they still expected me to pay the remaining $2210.00 balance for two windows I did not want changed. Please reach out.
