    The company owner ***** ********* came to measure on approximately January 10th/22 the project of building a cabinet that would accommodate a broom closet and a place to place the recycle garbage. He also took pictures to build the cabinet as close to an existing one we already had in our kitchen. He gave us 2 choices of material and prices. We chose the second choice worth $2150. He asked us for a 50% deposit so I e-transferred $1000 to him on January 16th/22. He has not built the cabinet and we asked for our money back, he has promised it 2 times now within 24 hours after going to visit him. I called the BBB last week and reported him, now since then they had suggested I send an email to him to give him until June 17th, which I did that, still no response from him. We want our money returned without prejudice. Thank you, we hope you can act on our behalf. His residence and workshop is down the street from us.     Good morning
    I do not own a buisness .... yes I'm on the process of opening one.... I told your client that I would reimburse them as soon I can return there stuff..... I was building custom stuff on the side as a hobbies...... it's hard to return custom stuff..... if all this can go because of a 1000$ I will just give them back....

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 17452320, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please advise the time limit given to the response of receiving the $1000.00 from Alaine Duplessis. It was never stated by Alaine that he was making cabinets for a hobby in our many conversations.
