    May 2024; Inspector from Atlantic warranty came to assess separation of laminate flooring. Report was sent to Ironwood homes indicationg that flooring was improperly installed.
    I have emailed, and called numerous times with no resolution. The warranty on the flooring will expire in May 2025

    Hello, this home was manufactured and shipped in 2022.

    This is the second owner and nothing was provided as a deficincy prior to the end of the original owners occupancy, or this customer's inspection prior to closing and occupancy.

    We originally responded to this effect.

    Customer had ******* **** Warranty come to view regardless. See attached report. They suggested a manufacturing defect of flooring manuafcturer or installation. If it was installation of a lock not engaged in the plank it becomes evident within weeks of use so, based on what we know and photos provided, we feel it's unlikely to be an installation issue after this ammount of time. It would've no doubt appear during orignial onwers occcupnacy period if it was installation.

    We have however reached out to the flooring manufacture with these details requesting warranty coverage according to their listed manufacturer's warranty. 

    The customer could also file a claim directly on the manufaurer's website. Simply search ********* ********.
