      We ordered a complete kitchen from Pikes building center and on 10 March 2022 we attended Pikes building Centre and made payment in full ($ 7705.00.) for the complete kitchen in good faith although the toe boards for the kitchen had not been installed as we were visiting from from another province (Ontario) to inspect our summer home renovations. To date we have made several attempts to contact the manager of the store (****** ****) to have the toe boards reordered, shipped and installed. However, after several phone calls, emails and in person visits to the store we have yet to receive these items after paying for the complete kitchen. We have even engaged the cabinet supplier (******** cabinets) directly and they have encountered issues in contacting the Pikes store manager (****** ****). ******** confirmed they have NOT shipped any additional toe boards to Pikes building center for our cabinets. As over 5 months have lapsed, I am simply looking to have this work completed.

      Hi,

       

      We have resolved the issue with our customer and the cabinets and his kitchen is now complete.  We were not getting any satisfaction with our supplier. We made numerous attempts to reorder as they initially lost the toe boards. Numerous emails prove that we indeed re-order from Euro-rite for our customer after we could not locate the initial order.  We were able to supply our customer with different ones that were in store.  They are satisfied.
