    I purchased a side by side based on a promotion they had posted on ********. When I got home and had a thorough look at the machine, realized it was not the machine in their add. It was a cheaper model. I brought the machine back and got my money back. However I was told that they’re not going to honour their promotion. The salesman I was dealing with told me that the manager told him it was posted to get attention. That is false advertising. I have documentation to support my complaint.

    In may of 2022 I purchases a new atv vechial from coastal outdoors. Not long after purchase I noticed an issue with the clutch and informed the store. As the vechial has a 1 year complete warranty I returned the vechial for repair. During this time the atv was in their shop for approx 3 months and I was informed that the issue was dirt, the clutch was cleaned and I had to pay $170. I took the bike and again noticed that the issue was still present and again informed the dealer. I again returned the bike to the store for repair and investigation this time revealed clutch bushings that needed to be replaced, again this time the bike was at the dealer for approx 3 months duration. I again picked up bike and this time noticed a clancking noise from the clutch that was not present before the dealer work on the bike. I refused to take the bike and requested that they repair this as the vechial is under warranty. The dealer technician supposedly looked into this complaint and was unable to find any issue so I was told by the dealer that this is a far as they are willing to go with this matter and I was to pick up my vechial. At this point is have reached out to the oem, cfmoto, on a few occasions only to get vague responses in that they are in contact with the dealer but no real action being taken. As this is a new vechial, 22000 purchase price which is still under warranty with only 370 km I really don't think it unreasonable to request the bike to be repaired properly back to factory standards. Also note that after the repair where the clutch bushings were replaced the dealer did recognize the fact that the clutch was making a noise that was not present before. So this is obviously an issue caused by the dealer and should therefore be fixed by the dealer, especially considering the fact that the bike is under warranty.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19855088, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I will follow up with the dealer in an effort to get this issues resolved in a timely manner. I appreciate the response from the dealer, just note that at no time did the dealer or the manufacture communicate to me that approval had been given for the installation of a new clutch
