    I hired this business back in May 2022 to do soffit and Fascia. He stated he could do it the following week. He ask for 2000.00 upfront to purchase the materials. Three days later he showed up with 920.00 in material. Stating the balance would go toward the labour. He had never come back to do the job . I told him if he could not do it I understand but needed my money back to hire someone else. He kept giving me excuse after excuse. He even went so far as to put up scaffolding and left it for a month before telling me he needed to take them back down as he needed it for another job ...this was the third week in July. This had been ongoing all summer and I have all the text to back it up. He told me a couple weeks ago that he would pay me as someone owed him money. I told him I needed it by today Sept 15. I never got a reply . I nicely reminded him again but no reply. I am now out quite a bit of money and still no work done. This is extremely stressful for me. Any help you can get me will be greatly appreciated.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    This issue has been ongoing all summer. I have requested several times for a refund before the party went on disability.
