    I attempted to contact this business regarding a quote to have a house lifted and put on a new foundation. The individual who replied back introduced himself as *** ****. I provided all the relevant information needed: House location, House dimensions and current foundation type. I initially requested a quote detailing all this information but the individual did not seem to be cordial in their responses. Instead of providing a quote for the cheapest minimum foundation you can have completed with an existing house he claimed nothing was cheap. I attempted to clarify with them that they are not understanding that I was looking for the minimum they can do with an existing house. Instead of replying like a professional and explaining the minimum they can do to put an old house on a new foundation he attacked me personally and accused me of being “Snotty” and to not reply back. Please be aware that the owner of this business is unprofessional, rude, and lacks communication skills required to accurately explain to potential clients what they can and cannot do within their profession.
