    Kent Building Supplies Online Site ********* Practices? I have used the Kent.ca site many times to make orders, pretty much every time there is some stupid issue and wasted time and frustration but the order eventually goes through. My recent experience takes the cake. Three days ago the Kent.ca  online site popup said spin a wheel to get a discount, it landed on 20% and then this popped up, Oops! there was an error...,  I did not get my discount code. Then a banner said spend $50 dollars and get $5 off, my order was $51, I attempted to pay, the discount code applied and all looked good until the last step. Then this appeared, "The order has been rejected by Decision Manager". The next day I tried again, now the banner said spend $60 dollars to get $5 off! I put 62 in the cart and all looked good until the last step -  rejected again. Today I tried again, now the banner says SPEND $70 TO GET $5 OFF.
     I find Kent staff in Gander to be great but this makes me disgusted with the Company. It is not about the ***** discount, it's the ethics, frustration and my wasted time. Today's date Oct 5,2023.
