    I purchsed a 2023 ram 1500 in july 23 i have had nothing but trouble with the truck with burning rubber smells took it to the dealer multipal times and was told there is nothing wrong with the truck then at 49000km the truck needs front end repairs which should never be in a new truck, i have been told to take it somewhere else to get it fixed because we cant fix it here, i have had nothing but the run around from the dealership and *** ******, *** tells me one thing the dealer tells me another this dealership has been the worse that i have ever delt with and they dont have a good name in the community.
    I gotten to the point that i have traded the truck in at another dealer mostly because of the customer service, i have requested to have a refund for my extended warrenty which cost me thousands returned i was told we dont do that here so to bad, after all the trouble and run around from this dealership i feel at least this should be retuned to me, i have lost thousands of dollars because of having to trade the truck in because of very poor service and i am not the only one that is dealing with this because of this dealership i can list a few

    The issue he had was a burning smell coming from the engine compartment. The smell was due to road salt getting onto the catalytic converter. It is a common issue with all vehicles in ************* We changed numerous parts and spent an enormous amount of time trying to help this customer. He was given a loaner vehicle every time he came in. He was treated like royalty by everyone involved. Unfortunately it was not a dealership issue, it's a Manufacturer and Government (Road Salt) issue. I don't know of anything else Lakeview Chrysler could have done for this customer.

     I am rejecting this response because:


    Treated like royalty what a joke I was told to take my truck somewhere else because they couldn’t fix why wasn’t I told when time if purchase about this problem if it’s a common problem they started a star case last year in Feb and there was nothing done about the problem since the smell was bad enough at times I had to put the window down the service manager was in the truck and smelled it and then told *** ****** that there was no problem with the truck all they done was change parts knowing it wasn’t gojng to fix the problem guess once they get your money your on your own they couldn’t care less. All the manager did was give me a number for lemon law knowing they don’t even deal with ***** well guess I will have to take this to social media or maybe further. If you have a truck with a common problem and are not told about it and then refused to look at the truck to fix it is pretty bad and a return of my miss why for the extended warranty is not to much to ask they should be ashamed to sell truck woth known problems and then refusing service

    Here is the copy of my truck bill as you can see I purchased $7687 plus tax for warranties and also put a $30000 down payment down on a truck that lake view states that was a manufactured defected truck so why was it sold knowing there was problems with the truck they they had no intentions on fixing and also

    i was told that **** **** had what was a star case started on my truck which was a lie *** told me there was no suck case on my truck since last February so nothing was being done to fix the problems
