      Prepaid funeral arrangements in place for years. Mother passed years ago all OK. Father passed in May 2022. One brief conversation with company rep regarding having father’s dates added to existing headstone. Promised would be done by end of July, 2022. Nothing done. Repeated messages ignored. Spoke to company head office in Clarenville and they asked local rep to contact my. Again no response! There has been at least 4-6 calls to the head office and told today there’s nothing they can do. Not acceptable. This is prepaid so I can not go somewhere else to get this done without being out of pocket for services ALEARDY paid for. No one seems interested in taking charge of this issue to get a resolution. Please advise what/how to proceed from here. Appreciate your assistance in this matter

      We only received this email today, November 17, 2022, but as of late October/early November we have been in contact with ******* ******** and all items have been dealt with.  Sadly, as explained to the customer in question, dating back to June, our business is backlogged (due to items stemming from COVID shutdown in 2020) with burial rates increasing 3 fold, still experiencing covid related shutdowns (2 in our local office and 3 into the plant since April 2022), staff having surgeries, etc.  At no time did this office say we “wouldn’t do the work required we just couldn’t do it when expected”.  Hopefully, all outstanding issues have been dealt with and we will carry on from this date.  At the end of the day this is being done as per Mr. ********* wishes.

      Thank you for your follow up on this issue since May 2022,Mr ******* ***** has been in correspondence & has removed my Dads headstone from gravesite,& has had it cleaned & is preparing to have lettering completed,he is keeping in contact & thinks headstone should be sent to shop & be done in next week or so.So I am hopeful that this issue should be resolved within two weeks.You can check back then & I can let you know if headstone has been completed as requested,& the issue has been resolved.Thanks again
