    My car wasn’t done on-site.
    The initial appt time booked had to be rescheduled because they were late and called to say they were on the way when I told them I needed a morning appt because I have a scheduled afternoon appt.
    My car was returned with a missing wiper and a suggestion to get another right away because it would scratch the windshield.
    Then when I took the car, I got less than a kilometre and I had a warning light for a flat tire.
    The nonchalant attitude of the owner when I called to ask about the red warning light was that they only deal with glass and I need to have it looked at by a garage.
    The service I paid for because of its convenience, has created two extra trips out to get a wiper and a tire assessment with possibly having to replace a tire or two.
    I would not recommend this company solely based on its customer service.
