    Terrible company, project and property managers have the worst customer service and act like they are on a pedestal, get rude immediately when you try to explain a situation and do not care to try and resolve any issues presented to them.

    We have never had this name or email address associated with any service and have no idea who the complainant is or what they are referring to. Therefore, I would have to suggest they have identified the wrong company. If they assert that the issue they have is with our actual company, they would need to provide an actual instance so that the problem can be resolved rather than submit a vague and non-descript note. I would have to assume this is a complaint made against the wrong company in this instance.

    I'm forced to live in suboptimal conditions under metro property. They are not taking care of their tenants. My issues have gone on too long. I pay my rent like everyone else. Maintenance destroyed walls and ceiling and left huge holes everywhere. No one will tell me whats going on, or why there hasn't been progress. I wish I could afford to move out, but I don't have any other options.

    Caitlyn resides in a unit that we took on in the midst of necessary repairs. Caitlyn has been offered the opportunity to vacate her unit and reside in an alternate accommodation however, being that she is currently paying 50% below current rent market value for a similar apartment she has chosen to forgo this option. Repairs are scheduled for her apartment however, this is a multiunit complex and the main plumbing lines have to be addressed prior to the completion of work. Repairs are currently underway and we empathize with the frustration she must be feeling.
