    Firstly , my complaint is pertaining to Collision Clinic , Torbay Road . My vehicle, a ***** xc60 was involved ina collision on December 20, 2023. The vehicle was brought to collision clinic to be looked at on December 27 and it was determined the vehicle was drive able . The vehicle was brought in for repair on February 21 and returned on March 7. On April 8, 2024 the vehicle was brought to ***** and it was determined that the right rear axel was damaged in addition to damage to the rear differential system and the axel . The garage has stated this is the result of the collision based upon the damages (damages which were not repaired by the collision clinic company ). The insurance company being intact is now refusing to cover the damage . ***** is refusing to do the work under warranty as they know the damage and the location of the damage was solely due to the collision . I have not had a vehicle to drive for almost five weeks , the parts cost 8500 dollars , and 8-10 hours of labour at 164.95 an hour . If this company had done their job correctly my vehicle would’ve been fixed properly . There are emails supporting this from the mechanic at ***** in addition to photographs . Driving with a damaged Axel can put one at a higher risk of encountering an accident , can cause the tires to come off the rim and can cause further damage to he vehicle which is evident with the rear differential system sustaining damage . I drove this vehicle with my children in the car . If this vehicle had been repaired properly by collision clinic initially then none of this would have occurred . I have been five weeks without a car , a non stop argument with an insurance company that is totally against me, and my own garage being ***** that will not cover the damages as they know it is the result of the car accident in which was involved .
