    Built a house in 2016 and had floors done by Carpet Factory. My laminate flooring was never installed properly and from the first year started separating in all my upstairs area. Called Carpet Factory many times on this, they sent someone out to glue the floor but the issue was the install. Should not happen in a brand new home. I have two children and my little boy actually tripped in one of the separations in the floor one time and fell and struck his face. I am a single mom and cannot afford to have flooring redone because the company who it was purchased and installed from did not do their job correctly.
